{"product_id":"new-product-394608","title":"WASP (E284) polyclonal antibody","description":"\u003cp\u003eThe Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS) is a disorder that results from a monogenic defect that has been mapped to the short arm of the X chromosome at Xp11.23. WAS is characterized by thrombocytopenia, eczema, defects in cell-mediated and humoral immunity and a propensity for lymphoproliferative disease. The gene that is mutated in the syndrome encodes a 53 kDa proline-rich protein of unknown function designated WAS protein (WASP). A clue to WASP function came from the observation that T cells from affected males had an irregular cellular morphology and a disarrayed cytoskeleton suggesting the involvement of WASP in cytoskeletal organization. Close examination of the WASP sequence revealed a putative Cdc42\/Rac interacting domain, homologous with those found in PAK65 and ACK. Subsequent investigation has shown WASP to be a true downstream effector of Cdc42.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Bioworld","offers":[{"title":"100ul \/ Rabbit \/ Human,Mouse","offer_id":44092017049824,"sku":"BS1607","price":325.0,"currency_code":"KRW","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0601\/9330\/8896\/products\/bioWORLD-Logo-New_1617713956_fdda10e3-8376-45d2-9cf2-92fbef5afdbe.png?v=1689711002","url":"https:\/\/rndmate.com\/products\/new-product-394608","provider":"알앤디메이트","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
