Fibroblast Growth Factors-19 (FGF-19) is a 24 kDa member of the fibroblast Growth Factors with 216 amino acid residues. FGF-19 is mainly secreted from cholangiocytes, ductal cells. FGF-19 involved cell proliferation, glucose and bile acid metabolism via FGFR4 pathway.
