ABCAA Polyclonal Antibody
ABCAA Polyclonal Antibody
The membrane-associated protein encoded by this gene is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intracellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies (ABC1| MDR/TAP| MRP| ALD| OABP| GCN20| and White). This encoded protein is a member of the ABC1 subfamily. Members of the ABC1 subfamily comprise the only major ABC subfamily found exclusively in multicellular eukaryotes. This gene is clustered among 4 other ABC1 family members on 17q24| but neither the substrate nor the function of this gene is known.
The ABCAA Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive immunological reagent designed for the detection and quantification of ABCAA protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of the ABCAA protein. The resulting polyclonal antibody exhibits high affinity and specificity towards the target protein, making it an ideal tool for various applications in research and diagnostics.
The ABCAA Polyclonal Antibody is validated for use in Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA assays. It has been shown to detect endogenous levels of ABCAA protein in various tissues and cell lines, and can be used to monitor changes in protein expression under different experimental conditions. The antibody is supplied as a purified IgG fraction, and has been tested for its purity, specificity, and activity.
The ABCAA Polyclonal Antibody is a reliable and cost-effective tool for researchers and clinicians working in the fields of biochemistry, molecular biology, and immunology. Its high sensitivity and specificity make it an ideal reagent for studying the function and regulation of ABCAA protein in various biological systems. With its excellent performance and quality, this antibody is a valuable addition to any laboratory's toolkit.
