Biological activity Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When recombinant Rat UNC5H2 is immobilized at 5 μg/mL, recombinant human NTN1/Netrin-1 (Cat #: AHB70501) binds with an apparent Kd <1 nM. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using rat schwannoma cells (RT4‑D6P2T). The ED50 for this effect is 0.5-2.0 μg/mL.
Endotoxin level <0.1 EU/μg of the protein by the LAL method.
