Biological activity Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. In a 100 μL reaction mixture containing rhIFNLR1/IL-28RA (Cat #: AHJ18001) at 1 μg/mL and rhIL-28A dilutions at 1-1000 ng/mL, the concentration of rhIL-28A that produces 50% of the optimal binding response is found to be approximately 40-200 ng/mL.
Endotoxin level <0.1 EU/μg of the protein by the LAL method.

Stability and Storage Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for one week. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.
