Biological activity Measured by its ability to block anti-TREM-1-induced TNF-alpha secretion by human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). At 1 µg/mL, recombinant human CD354/TREM1 (Cat #: AHJ62501) is able to block > 70% of Goat Anti-human TREM-1 (20 µg/mL, 200 µL/well) induced TNF-alpha released from 1 x 10^5 cells.
Endotoxin level <0.1 EU/μg of the protein by the LAL method.
