ARA70 Polyclonal Antibody
ARA70 Polyclonal Antibody
NCOA4 encodes an androgen receptor coactivator. The encoded protein (nuclear receptor coactivator 4) interacts with the androgen receptor in a ligand-dependent manner to enhance its transcriptional activity. Chromosomal translocations between this gene and the ret tyrosine kinase gene, also located on chromosome 10, have been associated with papillary thyroid carcinoma. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. Pseudogenes are present on chromosomes 4, 5, 10, and 14.
The AOX1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive immunological reagent designed for the detection and quantification of AOX1 protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of human AOX1 protein. The resulting polyclonal antibody exhibits high affinity and specificity towards AOX1 protein, making it an ideal tool for various applications such as Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA.
The AOX1 Polyclonal Antibody is purified using a combination of protein A and peptide affinity chromatography, ensuring high purity and minimal cross-reactivity with other proteins. This antibody has been extensively validated for its specificity and sensitivity in various biological samples, including human, mouse, and rat tissues.
The AOX1 Polyclonal Antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative. It is available in various sizes to meet the needs of different applications. This antibody is suitable for use in both research and diagnostic settings, providing reliable and accurate results for the detection and quantification of AOX1 protein.
