CILP1 Polyclonal Antibody
CILP1 Polyclonal Antibody
Major alterations in the composition of the cartilage extracellular matrix occur in joint disease, such as osteoarthrosis. This gene encodes the cartilage intermediate layer protein (CILP), which increases in early osteoarthrosis cartilage. The encoded protein was thought to encode a protein precursor for two different proteins; an N-terminal CILP and a C-terminal homolog of NTPPHase, however, later studies identified no nucleotide pyrophosphatase phosphodiesterase (NPP) activity. The full-length and the N-terminal domain of this protein was shown to function as an IGF-1 antagonist. An allelic variant of this gene has been associated with lumbar disc disease.
The CILP1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool designed for the detection and analysis of CILP1 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody has been meticulously developed using advanced immunization techniques, ensuring its exceptional sensitivity and specificity.
The CILP1 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits a broad range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. It enables researchers to investigate the expression patterns and cellular localization of CILP1 in diverse tissues and cell types, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of its biological functions.
With its superior performance, this antibody guarantees accurate and reproducible results, making it an indispensable tool for both basic research and clinical studies. Its high affinity and selectivity towards CILP1 ensure minimal cross-reactivity with other proteins, enhancing the reliability of experimental outcomes.
Furthermore, the CILP1 Polyclonal Antibody is produced using state-of-the-art purification techniques, resulting in a highly purified and concentrated antibody solution. This ensures optimal performance and minimal background noise, enabling researchers to obtain clear and reliable data.
In summary, the CILP1 Polyclonal Antibody is a valuable asset for researchers aiming to investigate the role of CILP1 in various biological processes. Its exceptional sensitivity, specificity, and reliability make it an essential tool for advancing scientific knowledge and contributing to the understanding of CILP1's functional significance.
