Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Trastuzumab emtansine (Ado-Trastuzumab emtansine) and Cantuzumab ravtansine (Synonyms:IMGN242) at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-DM1&DM4 antibody, the EC<sub>50</sub> is 2.582 to 5.599 ng/mL and 2.519 to 3.738 ng/mL, respectively.
