GOGA5 Polyclonal Antibody
GOGA5 Polyclonal Antibody
The Golgi apparatus, which participates in glycosylation and transport of proteins and lipids in the secretory pathway, consists of a series of stacked cisternae (flattened membrane sacs). Interactions between the Golgi and microtubules are thought to be important for the reorganization of the Golgi after it fragments during mitosis. This gene encodes one of the golgins, a family of proteins localized to the Golgi. This protein is a coiled-coil membrane protein that has been postulated to play a role in vesicle tethering and docking. Translocations involving this gene and the ret proto-oncogene have been found in tumor tissues; the chimeric sequences have been designated RET-II and PTC5. A pseudogene of this gene is located on the short arm of chromosome 5.
The GOGA5 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and reliable tool designed for the detection and analysis of GOGA5 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody is produced through a rigorous process of immunization using a synthetic peptide corresponding to a specific region of the GOGA5 protein. It has been extensively validated for its specificity and sensitivity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results.
The GOGA5 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional affinity towards the GOGA5 protein, enabling its efficient detection in Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications. Its superior performance is attributed to its high purity and low background, which minimizes non-specific binding and enhances signal-to-noise ratio.
This antibody is suitable for use in a wide range of research areas, including cancer biology, cell signaling, and developmental biology. It provides valuable insights into the expression patterns and cellular localization of GOGA5, facilitating the understanding of its functional roles and potential implications in various biological processes.
With its exceptional quality and reliability, the GOGA5 Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for researchers seeking to unravel the complexities of GOGA5 protein and its involvement in cellular mechanisms. Its consistent performance and reproducibility make it an ideal choice for both basic research and clinical applications.
