This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of 11-Beta-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase Type 3 (HSD11b3). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between 11-Beta-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase Type 3 (HSD11b3) and analogues was observed.
