This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Adenylosuccinate Synthase Like Protein 1 (ADSSL1). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Adenylosuccinate Synthase Like Protein 1 (ADSSL1) and analogues was observed.
