Human ASGR1(Asialoglycoprotein Receptor 1) ELISA Kit

The Human ASGR1 (Asialoglycoprotein Receptor 1) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and sensitive assay designed for the quantitative detection of ASGR1 in human serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. This kit is based on the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) principle, which utilizes two specific antibodies that bind to different epitopes of ASGR1.

The capture antibody is coated onto the microplate wells, while the detection antibody is conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The ASGR1 standard or samples are added to the wells, and the ASGR1 in the sample binds to the capture antibody. After washing away any unbound substances, the HRP-conjugated detection antibody is added, which binds to the captured ASGR1. Following another washing step, a substrate solution is added, which reacts with the bound HRP to produce a colorimetric signal that is proportional to the amount of ASGR1 present in the sample.
