This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Corticotropin Releasing Hormone Receptor 1 (CRHR1). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Corticotropin Releasing Hormone Receptor 1 (CRHR1) and analogues was observed.
