This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit IV Isoform 2 (COX4I2). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit IV Isoform 2 (COX4I2) and analogues was observed.
