This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of IBA57, Iron Sulfur Cluster Assembly Factor Homolog (IBA57). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between IBA57, Iron Sulfur Cluster Assembly Factor Homolog (IBA57) and analogues was observed.
