This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of IQ Motif Containing GTPase Activating Protein 3 (IQGAP3). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between IQ Motif Containing GTPase Activating Protein 3 (IQGAP3) and analogues was observed.
