This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Late Cornified Envelope Like Proline Rich Protein 1 (LELP1). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Late Cornified Envelope Like Proline Rich Protein 1 (LELP1) and analogues was observed.
