This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Protein Phosphatase, Mg2+/Mn2+ Dependent 1B (PPM1B). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Protein Phosphatase, Mg2+/Mn2+ Dependent 1B (PPM1B) and analogues was observed.
