This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Proteolipid Protein 2, Colonic Epithelium Enriched (PLP2). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Proteolipid Protein 2, Colonic Epithelium Enriched (PLP2) and analogues was observed.
