This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Survival Motor Neuron Domain Containing Protein 1 (SMNDC1). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Survival Motor Neuron Domain Containing Protein 1 (SMNDC1) and analogues was observed.
