This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Synuclein Alpha Interacting Protein 1 (SNCaIP1). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Synuclein Alpha Interacting Protein 1 (SNCaIP1) and analogues was observed.
