This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Thymocyte Expressed Molecule Involved In Selection (THEMIS). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Thymocyte Expressed Molecule Involved In Selection (THEMIS) and analogues was observed.
