KLHL3 Polyclonal Antibody
KLHL3 Polyclonal Antibody
KLHL3 is ubiquitously expressed and encodes kelch like family member 3 which has an N-terminal BTB domain followed by a BACK domain and six kelch-like repeats in the C-terminus. These kelch-like repeats promote substrate ubiquitination of bound proteins via interaction of the BTB domain with the CUL3 (cullin 3) component of a cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase (CRL) complex. Muatations in this gene cause pseudohypoaldosteronism type IID (PHA2D); a rare Mendelian syndrome featuring hypertension, hyperkalaemia and metabolic acidosis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.
The KLHL3 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody that has been designed to detect and quantify KLHL3 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody has been extensively validated for use in a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence.
The KLHL3 Polyclonal Antibody has been produced using high-quality materials and state-of-the-art techniques to ensure maximum specificity and sensitivity. It has been purified using a combination of affinity chromatography and ion exchange chromatography to remove any non-specific binding and impurities.
This antibody has been extensively tested and validated for use in a variety of applications, including detection of KLHL3 protein expression in human, mouse, and rat tissues. It has also been shown to be highly specific, with minimal cross-reactivity with other proteins.
The KLHL3 Polyclonal Antibody is an essential tool for researchers studying the role of KLHL3 in various biological processes, including cell signaling, protein degradation, and gene expression. Its high specificity and sensitivity make it an ideal choice for use in a wide range of research applications.
