This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Chromodomain Helicase DNA Binding Protein 4 (CHD4). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Chromodomain Helicase DNA Binding Protein 4 (CHD4) and analogues was observed.
