This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Glutamate Cysteine Ligase, Modifier Subunit (GCLM). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Glutamate Cysteine Ligase, Modifier Subunit (GCLM) and analogues was observed.
