This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Histidine Triad Nucleotide Binding Protein 1 (HINT1). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Histidine Triad Nucleotide Binding Protein 1 (HINT1) and analogues was observed.
