This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Phosphodiesterase 1C, Calmodulin Dependent (PDE1C). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Phosphodiesterase 1C, Calmodulin Dependent (PDE1C) and analogues was observed.
