This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Phosphoinositide Dependent Protein Kinase 1 (PDPK1). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Phosphoinositide Dependent Protein Kinase 1 (PDPK1) and analogues was observed.
