NEDD4L Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
NEDD4L Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
This gene encodes a member of the Nedd4 family of HECT domain E3 ubiquitin ligases. HECT domain E3 ubiquitin ligases transfer ubiquitin from E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes to protein substrates| thus targeting specific proteins for lysosomal degradation. The encoded protein mediates the ubiquitination of multiple target substrates and plays a critical role in epithelial sodium transport by regulating the cell surface expression of the epithelial sodium channel| ENaC. Single nucleotide polymorphisms in this gene may be associated with essential hypertension. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene.
NEDD4L Rabbit Polyclonal AntibodyThe NEDD4L Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive antibody designed for the detection of NEDD4L protein in various biological samples. This antibody is produced by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal region of human NEDD4L protein. The antibody has been extensively validated for its specificity and sensitivity in Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence assays.
It recognizes endogenous levels of NEDD4L protein in various tissues and cell lines. The NEDD4L Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody is an essential tool for researchers studying the role of NEDD4L in various cellular processes, including protein degradation, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. It is supplied in a liquid form and can be stored at -20°C for long-term use. This antibody is suitable for use in both basic research and clinical applications.
