PD1 monoclonal antibody (Humanized)

The humanized monoclonal anti-PD1 antibody can effectively block the combination between PDL1 and PD1, and will not cause HAMA reaction (anti mouse antibody response). Programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) (UniProt Q15116), is a type I single transmembrane protein encoded by the PDCD1 gene in human. T-cell activation is generally self-limited as activated T cells express receptors such as PD-1.
