BACKGROUND |
Plays an important role in normal erythropoiesis (By similarity). It has a role in the differentiation of erythroid progenitors (By similarity). Regulates maturation and trafficking of the transmembrane metalloprotease ADAM10 (PubMed:26686862). Negatively regulates ligand-induced Notch activity probably by regulating ADAM10 activity (PubMed:26686862). |

Figure1. Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag TSPAN33-Nanodisc (0.2μg/per well). Serial diluted anti-Flag monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-Flag monoclonal antibody binding with TSPAN33-Nanodisc is 10.31ng/ml.
