| BACKGROUND |
Neurotensin receptor 1 belongs to the large superfamily of G-protein coupled receptors. NTSR1 mediates the multiple functions of neurotensin, such as hypotension, hyperglycemia, hypothermia, antinociception, and regulation of intestinal motility and secretion. |

Figure1. Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag NTSR1-Nanodisc (0.2μg/per well). Serial diluted anti-Flag monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-Flag monoclonal antibody binding with NTSR1-Nanodisc is 2.583ng/ml.
