Recombinant Human Argonaute-2 Protein is produced by Insect cell-baculovirus expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-Ala859) of human Argonaute-2 (Accession #NP_036286.2) fused with a 6×His tag at the N-terminus.
