Recombinant Human Sclerostin/SOST Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln24-Tyr213) of human SOST/Sclerostin (Accession #NP_079513.1) fused with a 8×His tag at the N-terminus.
