Recombinant Human Semaphorin-5A/SEMA5A Protein is produced by Mammalian expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Glu23-Thr765) of human Semaphorin-5A (Accession #Q13591) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
