Recombinant Human Thrombospondin-1/THBS1 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Asn19-Pro1170) of human Thrombospondin-1 (Accession #NP_003237.2) fused with a 8×His tag at the C-terminus.
