Recombinant Human JAM-2/VE-JAM/CD322 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Phe29-Asn236) of human JAM-B/VE-JAM (Accession #NP_067042.1) fused with a Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
