Recombinant Human Guanylyl cyclase C/GUCY2C Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser24-Gln430) of human GUCY2C/Guanylyl cyclase (Accession #NP_004954.2) fused with a 6×His，Avi tag at the C-terminus.
