The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser2-Ala419(P13L,E31del,R32del,S33del,R203K,G204R)) of sars-cov-2 N (B.1.1.529/Omicron) (Accession #QHD43423.2) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
