Recombinant Mouse CTLA-4/CD152 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Glu36-Asp161) of Mouse CTLA4 (Accession #NP_033973.2) fused with an 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
