Recombinant Human VEGFR-2/KDR/CD309 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ala20-Glu764) of human VEGFR2/KDR (Accession #NP_002244.1) fused with a hFc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
