This recombinant Phosphothreonine antibody reacts with threonine-phosphorylated proteins. No cross reactivity with nonphosphorylated threonine, phosphoserine, and phosphotyrosine. It shows slight cross-reactivity with a few phospho-serine-containing peptides.
