Predicted to enable several functions, including actin binding activity; heparin binding activity; and protein homodimerization activity. Involved in liver development. Predicted to be located in several cellular components, including growth cone; neuronal cell body; and nucleolus. Predicted to be part of angiogenin-PRI complex.
