PDGF-D Polyclonal Antibody
PDGF-D Polyclonal Antibody
Platelet-derived growth factor D encoded by PDGFD is a member of the platelet-derived growth factor family. The four members of this family are mitogenic factors for cells of mesenchymal origin and are characterized by a core motif of eight cysteines, seven of which are found in this factor. This gene product only forms homodimers and, therefore, does not dimerize with the other three family members. It differs from alpha and beta members of this family in having an unusual N-terminal domain, the CUB domain. Two splice variants have been identified for this gene.
The PDX-1 Polyclonal Antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool designed for the detection and analysis of PDX-1 protein expression in various biological samples. This antibody is produced through a rigorous process of immunization using a purified recombinant PDX-1 protein, ensuring its high affinity and specificity towards the target protein.
The PDX-1 Polyclonal Antibody exhibits exceptional performance in a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. Its superior sensitivity allows for the detection of even low levels of PDX-1 protein, enabling accurate quantification and analysis.
This antibody is manufactured using state-of-the-art techniques and undergoes stringent quality control measures to ensure batch-to-batch consistency and reliability. It is supplied as a ready-to-use solution, eliminating the need for time-consuming and error-prone antibody preparation.
The PDX-1 Polyclonal Antibody is compatible with various sample types, including cell lysates, tissue extracts, and cultured cells. Its versatility and robustness make it an ideal choice for researchers and scientists working in the fields of diabetes research, pancreatic development, and pancreatic cancer.
With its exceptional performance, high specificity, and ease of use, the PDX-1 Polyclonal Antibody is an indispensable tool for studying the role of PDX-1 protein in various biological processes.
