This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of 2',3'-Cyclic Nucleotide 3'-Phosphodiesterase (CNP). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between 2',3'-Cyclic Nucleotide 3'-Phosphodiesterase (CNP) and analogues was observed.
