This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit IV Isoform 1 (COX4I1). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit IV Isoform 1 (COX4I1) and analogues was observed.
