This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Glutamate Receptor, Ionotropic, AMPA 1 (GRIA1). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Glutamate Receptor, Ionotropic, AMPA 1 (GRIA1) and analogues was observed.
