This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Glycerol-3-Phosphate Acyltransferase, Mitochondrial (GPAM). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Glycerol-3-Phosphate Acyltransferase, Mitochondrial (GPAM) and analogues was observed.
