This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Mesencephalic Astrocyte Derived Neurotrophic Factor (MANF). No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mesencephalic Astrocyte Derived Neurotrophic Factor (MANF) and analogues was observed.
